We start with a discovery call. From there, the first step is usually either a readiness and strategy phase or a clearly defined build. Each phase has its own scope and is agreed separately, so you only commit to the next step.
Yes. I work in Arabic and English, and solutions are designed for both languages from the start, including Arabic content and right-to-left interfaces.
Where your data is processed and who can access it are agreed in the design step, in line with your internal policies. Self-hosting is part of that discussion: I run self-hosted components in my own operations stack, including secrets management and a web-intelligence service.
I work with several model families, including Claude, Codex/GPT and open models. The choice depends on the task, your data requirements and cost, and an AI model gateway lets you use more than one without being tied to a single provider.
Through governance built into the design: an AI model gateway gives management visibility of usage and control over which models are used for what. I run the same kind of cost control across models in my own work.
